The origin of Metrum Acoustics lies in the year 1989. Its founders however have a longer state of experience within the area of acoustics and goes back for 30 years.
Metrum Acoustics uses very high standards for product development. Not only the acoustical properties are important . The chosen materials plays an important role and will increase reliability and life span. The oldest products produced by Metrum Acoustics goes back to the late eighties and are still in service in various speaker systems.
By the years numerous systems have been developed, but the original patented methodology is still used to produce the stator parts. Only the applied materials and production techniques are improved continuously.
